We aim to complete all services to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Services were not performed as agreed in your estimate.

  • Items agreed to be removed were left behind due to our error.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the service has been completed.

  • Items that were not disclosed during the estimate or inspection.

  • Services that were partially performed due to inaccessible items or hazardous conditions.

  • We will review your request and may request documentation or evidence of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
